Nadia Noelle Photography

Project Overview

About the Client

Nadia Noelle is a Colorado-based photographer covering micro-weddings and elopements, families, editorial and styled shoots, branding and headshots, and events.

The Challenge

Nadia had the eye and the client base. What she didn’t have was a site of her own.

For years, her work lived as a page on her business partner’s site. When that partnership ended, so did her spot on that site, and with it went five different services worth of history and portfolio work:

  • The new site had to speak to a bride, a family of four, and a business owner needing headshots, all at once, with none of the built-in traffic her old page had
  • Nothing separated what each session actually included, so pricing and expectations stayed vague
  • There was no consistent path from “I like these photos” to “here’s how I book”
  • The brand voice (fun, vibrant, a little moody) wasn’t showing up anywhere in the copy

A photographer who works across five different niches was being presented as if she only did one.

Objectives

The goal was a site structured around how Nadia actually books work, not a single portfolio scroll.

This meant:

  • A dedicated page for each service, so a bride and a headshot client each land somewhere built for them
  • Clear investment details on every service page, so pricing stops being a mystery
  • A repeatable “how this works” flow visitors see before they ever have to ask
  • Copy that sounds like Nadia: warm, a little playful, direct about who she’s for
  • A technical foundation ready for the SEO work she’d never had in place

Strategy

The approach split the single “photographer site” problem into five clear ones, then gave each the same trustworthy structure.

Building service pages that do the selling

Weddings, families, editorial, brand, and events each got their own page: a hero written to that specific client, a “what’s included” breakdown, a real investment section with starting prices and a la carte add-ons, and FAQs answering the questions that niche actually asks. A bride reads about elopements and second-shooter options. A business owner reads about headshots and brand photography. Neither has to dig through the other’s content to find their own.

Making the process visible before the inquiry

A five-step “the experience” section (reach out, free consultation, planning, the shoot, gallery delivery) runs across the homepage and every service page. It answers the process anxiety before it turns into an unanswered question in someone’s inbox, and it repeats the same shape everywhere so it becomes familiar rather than one more thing to read.

Writing in Nadia’s actual voice

The copy leans into what Nadia asked for directly: fun, vibrant, a little moody, guided. Hero lines like “your story is worth remembering” and “your wedding deserves to feel like you” carry that tone into headlines instead of leaving it to the photos alone.

Giving every page the same easy next step

“Inquire now” and “request a quote” appear in the header, the hero, and the closing section of every page, so the path to booking is never more than a scroll away, whichever service brought someone there.

Setting up for organic growth

With no prior SEO work in place, the rebuild gave the site clean, service-specific pages built to be found for the terms Nadia actually wants: Colorado wedding photographer, family photographer, brand photographer, and the rest, each with its own page to rank on instead of one page competing for all of them.

Results

The new Nadia Noelle Photography site turns five different services into five clear front doors, each one built for the person walking through it.

A visitor now lands on a page written for exactly what they’re looking for, sees what’s included and what it costs, and knows precisely what happens next. The moody, vibrant editing style Nadia is known for finally has a site that matches it, instead of sitting inside a template that could belong to any photographer.

Most importantly, Nadia now has a site that sells while she shoots: guiding weddings, families, editorial clients, brands, and events toward a booking without her having to answer the same five questions in every inquiry.
